    I have Toyota Prado 1KZ TE 97, diesel. Mine O/D Off light is flashing. I scanned the system via T1 and TE1 which indicates code 26/62 I dont know exactly.

    When I put my vehicle on D from P, It does not move. I have to accelerate to raise the RPM, then it start moving.
    Although it moves smoothly when put on R , 2 or L.

    what is the actual problem? do I need to change the Transmission both solenoids or is there any other problems?
    I recently changed the fluid after 180 Km and also clean the filter.
