The customer service is horrible, they never return phone calls, and will close your warranty claim and not even notify you! They come up with any excuse to not honor the warranty. The technicians obviously just diagnose off a program and not from any education or experience. We were told that there was a no questions asked replacement, then we’re told they aren’t going to bother because the transmission is going to fail again because I have a Wrangler with 35’s, 2 1/2” lift and 5:13 gearing with reprogramming. According to their technician it is actually worse on the transmission to regear….needless to say our local transmission shop got a good laugh at their ignorance. Now I’m out over $2200 and a broke down Jeep!
